Introduction
Earning income from multiple platforms? Many sellers have digital products on Gumroad, handmade items on Etsy, and receive freelance payments via PayPal. This guide shows you how to efficiently organize income from multiple platforms.
Why Consolidate Your Data?
Each platform has different CSV formats. Column names, date formats, and currency displays all vary. Manually organizing everything in spreadsheets takes significant time.
For tax filing, you need to report all income together, so having a consolidated report makes the process much easier.

1. Download CSV files from each platform for the relevant period
2. Select the platform in TaxBridge and upload the CSV
3. Review the data and download the report
4. Repeat for other platforms
5. Combine downloaded reports into one spreadsheet
A future update will allow uploading multiple files at once and generating a unified report.

Standard profit and loss format. Shows total sales, fees, and net income.
3. US Schedule C
US self-employment income form. Use this if you need to file US taxes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How is the exchange rate applied?
A: You can enter the exchange rate when downloading reports. Generally, use the exchange rate from each transaction date.
Q: If PayPal received Gumroad payouts, isn't that double-counting?
A: Yes, it can be. If Gumroad pays out via PayPal, use only Gumroad data. Use PayPal only for income outside of Gumroad.
Q: Is my data stored on servers?
A: No. All processing happens in your browser, and files are never stored on our servers.
